Public transport in Brussels is organised by [[https://www.stib-mivb.be/|STIB]].

The easiest way is to use [[https://www.stib-mivb.be/buy/your-bank-card-is-your-ticket|contactless payment]] in trams, buses, and metro. As of January 2025th, one payment is 2.20EUR (changing vehicles is free, but one still needs to validate). After reaching 8EUR, one gets to travel for free for the rest of the day.
