Lacre - ongoing work

  1. README — updates (see issue 126 and PR 128.
  2. “Great renaming” — our fork is ours, let's reflect it with unifying the names used all over the code (see issue 81).
  3. Bug in key removal, which might actually be several issues combined. I'll be replacing file-based identity database with a relational database. Caching this file-based solution was tricky (esp. cache invalidation).
